Tripoli Petroleum Complex (TPC) is a company established in Tripoli, Libya in March 2025. The main activity of the company is to supply up to 20,000 Mt of bitumen per month, depending on the capacity of the storage tanks managed by TPC, and therefore to trade all types of oil.
The commercial activity of Tripoli Petroleum Complex includes the sale of all products produced in the relevant refinery in Libya. TPC's targeted purpose and service integrity is to ensure that petroleum products brought to the terminal are delivered to its customers in a protected manner and to supply its products at the best global price conditions by keeping the price dynamics in balance against TPC customers. Tripoli Petroleum Complex Terminal is operated by Makmar Shipping Company, based in Türkiye, and 'Al Buraq Holding', a subsidiary based in LIBYA.
